Meg and Tony. My, what beautiful souls.
These two are our neighbors and first friends we made when we moved out to the mountains outside of Durango, Colorado. I instantly connected with Meg and her kind, gentle, caring, and fun character. She’s the kind of person who tells it like it is and isn’t afraid to be her true self. I honor and love that about her. Her other half, Tony, is quiet yet hilarious and opinionated and passionate. The two complement each other wonderfully, beautifully.
For months I had been mentioning to these two that I wanted to photograph them and it worked perfectly in that their two year wedding anniversary was coming up this summer. Naturally, we set a date for their Durango wedding session in their backyard, on our mountainside. It was dreamy beyond measure, to say the least. But, of course, I’ll let the photos do the talking. <3
