Inspired by the ephemeral, the decaying, the never-lasting autumn light. For this editorial shoot, I wanted to try something a little different, something a bit muted. I wanted an anti-bride styled shoot with a flowy silky dress, brown leaves on the ground, a monochromatic bouquet, and lace. I love lace and how it flows in the wind, how its holes allow you to both be concealed and revealed at the same time, and how it adds a layer of femininity to anythings it’s placed on.
