Although they call Denver, Colorado home, the couple’s deep love for this Southwestern gem made it the perfect destination for their Taos engagement session. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Taos Mesa, this picturesque town provided the ideal location for their romantic, intimate New Mexico engagement photos.
On a crisp fall afternoon, I had the pleasure of meeting Katie & Mark in the heart of downtown Taos. We started their New Mexico engagement shoot at the chic and cozy Rolling Still Lounge, a local bar known for its relaxed vibe and signature cocktails. The rustic charm of this spot, paired with the couple’s undeniable chemistry, made for the most beautiful engagement photos filled with warmth and genuine emotion.
After enjoying some delicious cocktails, we then headed to their private property with sweeping views of the Taos Mesa, where the couple walked through the golden desert light and muted fall colors. It was a magical evening—one where time seemed to stand still. From their playful laughter to the quiet, tender moments shared, this session perfectly captured the love, adventure, and joy Katie & Mark share.
